Her 25 years of educational experience encompasses crisis prevention, administration, and she is currently a program director at OCALI. I have known Dr. Croyle for 10 years and can testify to her exemplary and dedicated work at OCALI as well as her volunteer work in bringing equitable educational opportunities to disabled children. She is experienced and knowledgeable about issues facing students, their families, their schools and their communities. She is even-tempered, works effectively with others and understands the importance of solid, fact-based decision making.

In these times when people often do not always see eye-to-eye, Dr. Croyle is an individual who is skilled at drawing out people’s opinions and creating a common goal for success and positive outcomes.  This is an important characteristic for a school board member to possess.

Schools need strong leadership not only at the superintendent level but in school board members who make the ultimate decisions about the children. Voters should be well informed and know the candidates who will be making those decisions.
